Bananas in caramel sauce

        As promised.......


    Easy and fast and so good with vanilla ice cream. Here´s the recipe if anyone is up for it?

4 servings

4 bananas ( preferably a little green )

Sugar sauce:
2 dl raw cane sugar
100 grams butter
1 dl concentraten orange juice
1/4-1/2 dl lemon or limejuice

Heat up a pan. Poor in the sugar and the butter. Let it melt together while stirring. Poor in the orange juice and let it boil for 2-3 minutes while stirring. Taste of with the lemon or limejuice.
Peel the bananas and split them. Put them in the sauce and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes. (low heat)Carefully lift the bananas out of the pan,put them in a deep bowl and poor the sauce over. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
